Troubleshooting Device Issues

If you're having weird performance issues while using the app, and you don't see any tweets from us announcing widespread problems, then it's likely that the problem is specific to your device. 

Troubleshooting Issues:

  1. Check your anti-virus software to see if it could be interfering with the app.
  2. Check any firewalls you may have.
  3. Close all apps and browser tabs that are working in the background.
  4. Re-boot your device.
